Park Rules and Regulations.

PAYMENTS: All rental fees must be paid in advance. Payment of rents and Florida sales tax are due upon checking in or renewing you stay. No partial payments accepted.

Late fees of $10.00 per day will be accessed on all rentals if not paid within 2 days of the due date. Water utility is included in your rent; you are responsible for your electric use at RV site or cottages.

PARK CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00PM / CHECKOUT TIME: 11:00AM.

RV SITES AND LODGING: Your site must be kept neat, clean and free of boxes, litter or trash. No refrigerators, storage bins, freezers, weight sets, etc are allowed outside. All sites are expected to remain neat and orderly. Please pick up after yourselves.

One shed up to 6*6 feet is allowed.

Storage of items outside is not allowed. Keep your site clean of all litter and waste. Outside appliances are not allowed.

PARKING/VEHICLES: Palm Creek Resort allows only one RV unit per site. Maximum 2 cars per RV Lot. No trucks larger than a pick-up truck allowed. No construction equipment allowed.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00PM – 6:00AM. Please refrain from loud noises and disturbances during this period.

SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH

PRIVACY: Please respect the privacy of other guests and owners by not walking through or between occupied sites, or through the yard of the private house. Please use designated roadways and pathways when walking through the park.

NO SMOKING AREAS: Per Florida State Law, there is NO SMOKING in any of the buildings or common areas at Palm Creek RV Park. Smocking is prohibited inside any rental unit.

PETS: Limit is 2 pets per RV site/apartment. Owners are totally responsible for their pets at all times. Pets must be on a leash when outside. All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately. You are liable for your pet should there be any claim. Absolutely no pet breeding is allowed on the property.

GARBAGE: Only household-generated garbage from your site should be placed in the dumpster. Broken furniture, beds, grills, rugs etc. are not considered household trash and should be taken with you. Please do not litter. Dispose of your trash daily in our dumpsters. Do not leave trash outside your unit overnight. All garbage must be placed in plastic bags and tied. Boxes must be flattened.

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS: Use of fireworks, sparklers, or other explosives is prohibited within the park. Discharging of any type of firearm is prohibited.

Utility trailers are not allowed on the site. Separate storage may be available for a fee.

No major vehicle repairs shall be made on these premises. Service work including changing oil and lubing is prohibited..

No campfires on the lots are allowed—grills are permissible.

You may not assign or sublet your site, even if you sell your RV. The Park must approve all new guests.

Portable buildings, sheds, and cabanas can only be erected after receiving park permission on location and construction. You may be asked to remove or take down any unauthorized building, shed, cabana, etc.

No junked, unusable or unsightly vehicles will be allowed in the Park.
